Wisayo Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Wisayo, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Personal-use license
Wisayo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful, non-commercial use. You may not resell the service, interfere with security, use automated access without permission, reverse-engineer prohibited portions, or use Wisayo outputs to train another AI model.
3. Current paid services
Current new-account choices are the Intro Pass, Starter, Extended, and Unlimited. The Intro Pass is a one-time $0.99 purchase for five days and does not renew. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Unlimited uses a prepaid wallet and provides online service while funded.
When the Intro Pass ends, online access pauses until the account owner chooses Starter, Extended, or Unlimited. Wisayo does not automatically charge a monthly plan. The account owner may instead use the account-deletion workflow. One Intro Pass is available per email identity.
Account creation and paid access depend on correlated, signed Dodo subscription or payment evidence. A checkout return page, query parameter, screenshot, or client message is not payment evidence.
4. Plan changes, cancellation, and failed payment
Available plan changes are presented before confirmation. A downgrade does not delete local vault data or Key Person profiles; profiles beyond the target capacity become dormant until capacity is available again.
Cancel subscription stops a future renewal when Dodo confirms period-end cancellation. You keep paid access through that confirmed end and may use Keep subscription active before the end when provider state allows reactivation. An immediate cancellation ends paid online access immediately but does not delete the account or vault. The Intro Pass has no renewal to cancel and ends automatically after five days.
A payment failure blocks paid online service but preserves the same account, local vault, encrypted continuity, and Domain C data. Recovery uses provider-authoritative amounts. If Dodo state is unknown, Wisayo keeps the account in reconciliation pending and does not create a duplicate subscription.
5. Payments, refunds, and disputes
Dodo processes payments, taxes, receipts, recurring billing, and provider-side refunds or disputes. Charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Wisayo does not provide a self-service refund issuance feature. See the Refund Policy and Dodo buyer terms.
6. Account responsibility and deletion
You are responsible for protecting credentials and for activity under your account. Subscription cancellation is not account deletion. Account deletion is a separate Wisayo workflow that cancels known non-terminal subscriptions and removes online account data and encrypted continuity according to the Privacy Policy.
7. Adult use of minor Key Person information
An adult Unlimited account owner may add a minor child as an adult-controlled Key Person for private parenting guidance. The minor receives no account or login and may not use Wisayo. The adult is responsible for lawful authority and appropriate information entry.
8. Not professional advice
Wisayo provides informational personal guidance and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for decisions or urgent help in those areas.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Wisayo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss where such exclusion is lawful. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
10. Governing law and contact
